Yes. Our kitchen is 100% halal, for every dish and at every event.

Yes, many dishes can be made vegetarian: from vegetable tajine to mezze and sharing boards. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll take it into account in the menu.

Moroccan classics such as tajine (also with kefta), couscous, harira, briouats with chicken or fish, mezze and Moroccan biscuits. Street food from the grill: wraps and sandwiches with spiced lamb or oriental chicken, kefta burgers and loaded fries. And showcooking and buffets, such as paella, barbecued sardines and sharing boards.

Our sauces, broth and spices, including our own spice blend. We work with fresh ingredients and family recipes.

Yes. There are two ways to book: fully tailored, where you choose and we make it happen, or our own menu, a selection from our street food range.

That depends on the number of guests, the menu and the venue. You'll get a tailored proposal: include the date, an estimate of the number of guests and the location in your enquiry.

The sooner, the more choice. We have one truck, so every date can only be booked once. Check your date as soon as it's set.

All of Belgium and the Netherlands. The truck has been from the port of Antwerp to Gorinchem, and to Lokeren, Belsele and Moerkerke, among other places.

Corporate events such as staff parties, team building and receptions, regular catering for organisations, weddings, henna nights and family celebrations. Festivals and iftar evenings too: just ask.

Yes, we invoice in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Yes. Our truck is a full kitchen on wheels: we cook fresh on site, at your venue. A couple, one truck, on the road full time since 2015.
