What we collect
What you enter in the enquiry form: type of event, date, number of guests, location, name, email address, phone number and your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process what you send us.
Why
To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is not used for advertising and is never sold.
Who else processes it
Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, India; servers in the United States) forwards the form to our mailbox. Microsoft hosts the website and the mailbox. [Safeguard for transfers outside the EU: to be confirmed in Web3Forms’ data processing agreement before launch.]
How long
We keep your enquiry for up to two years after our last contact. If a booking follows, we keep what invoicing requires for as long as the law says.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will reply within one month. Not satisfied? You can complain to the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands).
